風電潤滑油濾芯為雙精度過濾，濾芯由精濾芯和安全濾芯兩部分組成，當濾芯壓差低于3.5bar時濾芯上單向閥關閉工作介質經精濾芯進入下一執行元件。當濾芯壓差大于3.5bar時，濾芯單向閥打開，工作介質經安全濾芯過濾。無論何種情況，未經過濾的油液都不會進入齒輪箱各潤滑部位。
